These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.jessicadahan.ca and any services offered by Jessica Rebecca Dahan through Heart Alchemy Temple, including but not limited to energy healing sessions, intuitive guidance, online and in-person workshops, retreats, and digital offerings.

By accessing this website, booking a service, or participating in a program or offering, you agree to these Terms in full.

 

1. General Use

This website and all services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using this site, you affirm that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or legal guardian providing consent for services to be rendered to a minor.

 

2. Holistic Healing Disclaimer

Heart Alchemy Temple offers energy healing, Reiki, Soul Mending™, and spiritual guidance for personal growth and emotional healing. These services are complementary in nature and not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal advice.

By booking a session, you confirm you understand this and are seeking spiritual support and guidance of your own free will.

 

3. Booking & Payment Terms

  • All services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • Accepted payment methods: eTransfer

  • Prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise noted and may be updated without notice.

 

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Refunds or credit toward future services may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Heart Alchemy Temple.

5. Workshops, Retreats & Group Events

By enrolling in a workshop or group event (online or in person), you agree to the following:

  • You will participate with integrity, presence, and respect for others.

  • Payment secures your spot and is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

  • Transfer of ticket to another participant is allowed with prior written notice.

  • Heart Alchemy Temple reserves the right to deny participation or remove any individual who is disruptive, disrespectful, or not in alignment with the energy of the container, without refund.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All written content, session materials, digital downloads, workshop resources, logos, graphics, and other creative assets are the exclusive property of Jessica Rebecca Dahan / Heart Alchemy Temple and are protected under copyright.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

 

7. User Conduct

By using this site or participating in any service, you agree not to:

  • Harass or harm the practitioner or other participants

  • Disrupt services or use language that is disrespectful

  • Attempt to hack, interfere with, or misuse the website

  • Use this platform for illegal, malicious, or unauthorized purposes

Violation of these terms may result in removal from services and legal recourse.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Jessica Rebecca Dahan / Heart Alchemy Temple from any and all liability related to your use of this website, participation in a session, or application of any information received.

 

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without notice. Continued use of the site and services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of Quebec courts.
