I didn’t arrive at this work because I had everything figured out. I arrived here through my own experiences of loss, transformation, motherhood, grief, healing, and the search to understand myself more deeply.

For much of my life, I knew I was searching for something, even when I couldn’t name what it was. Over time, the experiences that changed me most became the doorway into the work I now offer others.

My own healing led me deeper into energy work, spiritual practice, meditation, nature, and the wisdom of the body. What began as a personal journey gradually became a calling: to create a space where others could feel safe enough to soften, listen inward, release what they have been carrying, and reconnect with themselves.
