Shipping — Physical Journals

 

All physical journals (paperback and hardcover) are printed and shipped through our print partner. Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days from the date of purchase, depending on your location. You'll receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.

Digital Downloads

Printable PDF journals are delivered instantly after purchase. No physical item will be shipped for these products.

 

Returns & Refunds — Physical Journals

 

We want you to love your journal. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date (not the purchase date), provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

 

To request a return:

1. Email us at heartalchemytemple@jessicadahan.ca with your order number and reason for return

2. We'll confirm the return address and process

3. Once we receive the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

 

If your journal arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital download sales are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing or printing your file, contact us at heartalchemytemple@jessicadahan.ca and we'll help resolve it.
