What the Experience Is A deeply guided healing journey combining intentional self-inquiry, a personalized meditation, and a 30-minute Holy Fire® Reiki session. This experience helps you identify and release energetic blockages whether emotional, mental, or spiritual that are limiting your authenticity or progress toward a personal goal. Purpose To bring awareness to and release energies such as fears, limiting beliefs, stored emotions, and inner resistance all of which may be keeping you from living in alignment or achieving your goals. This session helps reconnect you to your inner power and soul’s path. 🌈 Benefits Greater clarity and emotional freedom A sense of lightness and renewal Release of outdated energetic patterns Deeper self-acceptance and inner peace Support in manifesting goals with aligned energy Energetic reset through Holy Fire® Reiki 🔮 What to Expect Before the session: You will be asked to complete a simple writing exercise (on paper, not digitally), reflecting on either: The blockages keeping you from feeling authentic and happy, or The fears and beliefs that may be holding you back from achieving a goal. You will also explore when and how these patterns may have taken root. Bring this reflection to your session. During the session: You will identify your 3 main blockages. If you choose to share them, we’ll explore them together. You will set a clear healing intention and visualize where these blockages are stored in the body. You will then relax into a guided meditation while receiving Holy Fire® Reiki. At a key moment, you will be invited to silently give permission to release the blocks and allow healing to occur. After the session: You may be guided to symbolically burn or destroy your written reflections as an act of energetic release. Many clients report feeling lighter, more peaceful, and more connected to their purpose. After the session I will continue with a 30 minute Reiki session to clear any stagnate energies.
