About the event
The Chakra Series is a sequence of gentle healing circles designed to explore, support, and reconnect with the body’s energetic centers through guided experience, reflection, meditation, sound healing, and energy work.
Each gathering focuses on one chakra at a time, offering both understanding and embodied experience so the healing can continue beyond the circle itself. These gatherings are not performance-based or heavily instructional. They are spaces to slow down, reconnect inward, learn gently, and deepen the relationship between the body, emotions, energy, and spirit.
