HEART ALCHEMY TEMPLE
Meet the Soul Behind the Temple
A journey of healing, remembrance, and turning pain into purpose.
Transmute. Heal. Rise. Every soul carries the light of its own return.
I’m Jessica Dahan, the heart and hands behind Heart Alchemy Temple a space devoted to energy and soul-centered healing, where presence is honored and the authentic self is gently remembered. My path has unfolded as a quiet spiral of healing, listening, and return. After moving through a life-altering illness and discovering the profound impact of deep nourishment and care, I was drawn into a deeper relationship with the body, the earth, and the subtle energies that support true healing.
Nature has been a constant companion in this journey. I feel a deep connection to the forest and the wisdom of trees, and I am most at home during quiet walks beneath their canopy. The stillness of nature, the rhythm of the earth, and the grounding presence of Mother Nature continue to guide my work and remind me that life is a journey of healing and remembering who you truly are.
Yoga has been a grounding presence in my life for over fifteen years, supporting both personal healing and spiritual integration. I am currently completing my Yoga Teacher Training as a way of deepening this embodied practice.
Today, my work is rooted in energy healing, intuitive listening, and soul-centered presence. I serve as a World Peace Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Teacher and Soul Mending® Master Teacher, and my sessions are guided by Purple Sphere™ energy, sacred geometry, and Spirit-led awareness. Each session is held gently and responsively, with care for the nervous system and deep respect for each person’s inner timing.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: healing is not something to be forced or achieved. It is an alchemy of the heart, a process of remembering what is already whole, and allowing what has been held to soften, reconnect, and integrate in its own time.
The mission of Heart Alchemy Temple is to awaken and alchemize the heart , transforming pain into love and guiding each soul back to its natural state of wholeness.
